belgium they cost 65 euros/deck, that's about 100 dollars.
that's whole lotta expensive!

they cost about 40 dollars out here, but back when I lived in Stuttgart, they were a little less
than what you're paying

in europe boards are way too expensive, its like 60 or 70 euros, just like m!ch said

haven't broke a board in the last 2 and 1/2 years smiley ... the main things is to land all your tricks

skatin soft decks i find is good for learning to land bolts as much as possible... but it sucks when
they have no pop. i had a zero brockman deck last winter, only skated indoors in my school rez, and
only skated flatground. it lasted less than 3 sessions. probably not even 3 hours total. gonna start
buying bulk online

oh and just in case anyone wants to get some cheap ass boards like I get here's the site

www.blankdecks.com

They have a bundle of 10 decks for 13.99 ea deck and you can get a roll of grip for 39.99 which
totals about 200 bucks for 10 decks and grip for all of them =]

I only pay $15 for my boards smiley I either get blank decks or discount prices at the local shop
which is nice. So I can go through anywhere from 3+ boards a month. So like when I get a chip or
something I just get a new one and give my old one to some kid and make him happy smiley

yeah here(bulgaria) boards are expensive too, 100 levs(that's 50 euro) for our money standards
that's a lot
but i usually save money even if i have a brand new board just in case and when a board becomes
unskateble i buy a new one
So "no"

The problem isn't the price but how much money you or your parents have... Here boards cost 40 to 70
euros... this can be considered cheap for people from other countries but for us (portugueses) is
expensive.

I use my board till some crash (snowboard) usually one season

flipfreak

Its not my board that is the problem. I keep blowing bearings, 'flatspotting' wheels and breaking
baseplates. even my hardware pops in pieces sometimes. I usually skate a board for a month and then
throw it away or sell it

you can't predict when the board will break.i pretty much skate flat, ledges, flatbars or little
stairs sets usually 6-8 (max 9-10) because my heels\feet hurts if i jump big gaps.i didn't broke so
many boards in the last 2-3 years,so i change them when are popless or gripless.sometimes they broke
at flip boardslides or fs shove\bs 180s

feel like it.

I break a board so often. It sucks. Im only 164 pounds too. It's no fair.
Like in the last month or so, i've gone through about 3 or 4 decks, all lasting 1-3 sessions each.
All just skating flatground pretty much. Crossing my fingers with this habitat though. It's lasted
one session

Sometimes, if the board gets too much razortail or warped, I change it and give the old one to a kid
who needs it more than I do. But usually they do break. I almost always have a spare deck, I buy
them in bulk. smiley

I always use my board until it breaks... Then when I break it usually I have to wait some days,
weeks, or even a month before buying a new one.
